How the workflow works

  1. A clear boundary between 1C and the portal

The integration does not create a second accounting system or move fulfillment work into an unfamiliar interface.

    • 1C remains responsible for products, pricing, agreements, inventory, counterparties, fulfillment, and standard documents.
    • B2Bond manages buyer access, the branded customer experience, order capture, conversations, and online notifications.
    • Each buyer legal entity is linked to a specific 1C counterparty, keeping commercial terms tied to the right company rather than a login or email address.
  2. What buyers receive from 1C

The exchange covers the information required for self-service purchasing and order follow-up.

    • Categories, products, attributes, variants, and images.
    • Price types, agreements, account pricing, warehouses, and available inventory.
    • Order status, payment information, and permitted printable documents.
    • Orders entered by a sales representative in 1C can appear in the connected buyer’s combined history.
  3. What B2Bond sends to 1C

A buyer starts the action in the portal and the sales team continues in a standard 1C document.

    • Orders with products, quantities, confirmed prices, warehouse, and buyer company details.
    • Quote requests and buyer decisions on negotiated versions.
    • Claims tied to order lines and reconciliation requests for a selected period.
  4. No inbound connection to the 1C database

The B2Bond extension is installed as an add-on and initiates its own HTTPS requests to the portal API.

    • The 1C database does not need to accept inbound internet connections.
    • Exchange runs automatically; a typical configured cycle completes within ten minutes.
    • Actual latency depends on database health, scheduling, and data volume, so zero-delay synchronization is not promised.
    • The exact version, installed extensions, and customizations are reviewed before launch.

Which 1C configurations are supported?

Support is confirmed for Trade Management 11.5, ERP 2.5, and Comprehensive Automation 2.5. We review the exact release and customizations before launch.

Does 1C need an inbound internet connection?

No. The extension initiates an outbound HTTPS connection to the portal.

Which data is synchronized?

Catalog data, pricing, agreements, inventory, counterparties, orders, statuses, quotes, and permitted printable documents.

Will every customized database work out of the box?

Compatibility with a non-standard or heavily customized configuration is determined during a technical review.

Is synchronization instant?

It runs automatically, but actual latency depends on scheduling, database health, and data volume. We do not promise zero delay.
