How the workflow works

  1. An account catalog instead of a generic price list

After sign-in, buyers work in the context of a selected company and see only information the supplier has authorized.

    • Search by catalog, category, brand, product attribute, price, and availability.
    • Account pricing, product variants, warehouse inventory, and applicable commercial terms.
    • The final price is checked before ordering against the selected legal entity, agreement, and warehouse.
  2. Multiple buying entities under one account

A procurement user can represent several legal entities without maintaining a separate login for each company.

    • Each company keeps its own details, agreements, pricing, and permitted assortment.
    • Orders, quotes, and documents remain separated by legal entity.
    • The supplier links each entity to the right 1C counterparty and assigns an account manager.
  3. The complete purchasing context

The portal brings together work that would otherwise be spread across calls, inboxes, and files.

    • Cart, checkout, order history, fulfillment status, and payment status.
    • Quote requests, negotiated versions, and an official PDF when published.
    • Order documents, reconciliation requests, and claims with files and decision history.
    • Conversations, notifications, and direct contact with the assigned account manager.
  4. Supplier branding on every device

The supplier controls the customer-facing identity, while buyers use a browser or install the portal as a PWA.

    • Logo, favicon, primary color, storefront content, and information pages can be configured.
    • Each supplier receives a separate subdomain; a custom domain is connected after DNS and TLS validation.
    • The PWA installs without an app store; catalogs, pricing, orders, and documents still require an internet connection.

FAQ

Dealer portal questions

Do all buyers see the same prices?

No. Pricing, permitted assortment, and terms depend on the selected legal entity and its agreement with the supplier.

Can one account represent several companies?

Yes. A user can switch between legal entities while their details, terms, orders, and documents remain separated.

Does the portal replace the account manager?

No. It handles routine operations and requests while the manager remains responsible for advice, negotiation, and account growth.

Is this a separate mobile application?

It is an installable PWA. It opens like an app, while core business data remains available only with an internet connection.

Can the portal use the supplier’s brand?

Yes. The supplier can configure its logo, favicon, primary color, storefront content, and information pages.

Can it use a custom domain?

Yes, subject to validation of the specific production DNS and TLS environment.
